The long carbon chain nylon 1012 continuous polymerization production line of Dongchen Ruisen Company is the first in China and is EPC contracted by Yangzhou Huitong Technology Co., Ltd. The products produced in this test run meet all the requirements, and the continuous polymerization production line has lower energy consumption and higher production efficiency. The production line has achieved automation from raw material feeding to discharging, granulation, packaging, and palletizing, greatly reducing the labor intensity of frontline workers and saving human resources.
