Equipment Manufacturing
The Equipment Manufacturing Division of Huitong Technology holds the A2 Pressure Vessel Manufacturing License (Certificate No.: TS2232A93-2028).
Our division is equipped with advanced processing, testing, and inspection equipment. We undertake the manufacturing of various high, medium, and low-pressure vessels, as well as standard and non-standard atmospheric pressure equipment. Our products include supporting engineering equipment for:
● Hydrogen Peroxide (using both fluidized bed and fixed bed processes)
● Nylon (e.g., PA66, PA56, for both batch and continuous processes)
● Polyester (e.g., PET, PBT, PTT, hot-melt adhesives, for both batch and continuous processes)
● Biodegradable Materials (e.g., PBS, PBAT, PLA)
● Other Polymers (e.g., carbon fiber, PC, POM)

● Integrated polycondensation vacuum system for efficient collection and smooth operation of the cutting blade without clogging
Double-stirred reactor
● Suitable for a wide range of high-viscosity polymers, with a viscosity range of 600 to 5,000 Pa·s;
● Suitable for PET, PBT, PC, PBAT, PBS, POM, nylon, LCP, PBO, and more.

● Suitable for drying and enhancing adhesion in polymers such as PET, PBT, and nylon.
