Five years cocoon, today breaks into butterfly !
National technical breakthrough on localized H2O2 fluidized bed
“Careful cultivation nurses greatness”, with the PDP and design support from Huitong, TaixingYida chemical has successfully started a 400k ton/year H2O2 production line since December 30th 2021, which is where the cocoon had broke into a butterfly!
At 20:28 of December 30th 2021, fluidized bed reactor succeeded in passing hydrogen, by 48 hours, extracted H2O2 content has reached 37%, Hydrogenation efficiency reaches 9.5g/L, product quality had surpassed optimal national standard. Till now, the plant operates steadily, productivity gradually increases. Continuous high quality H2O2 is transferred to the finished product container, marking Yida chemical had succussed in stat-up of the H2O2 project and officially enters full-production stage.
