Huitong equipment manufacturing department has A2 class pressure vessel manufacturing license (Certificate No.: TS2232A93-2028).
Manufacturing department has advanced processing, testing and inspection equipment, which is capable of manufacturing various types of vessels with high, medium, or low pressure specifications, as well as various types of normal-pressure non-standard vessel equipment. Supporting equipment of various application include: hydrogen peroxide (fluidized bed and fixed bed process), nylon (PA66, PA56 batch and continuous process), polyester (PET, PBT, PTT, hot melt adhesive.., batch and continuous process), biodegradable materials (PBS, PBAT, PLA etc). And many other equipment for polymers (carbon fiber, PC, POM, etc.) engineering are available.
The department stands with high standard in mind and had always been the enthusiast to maintain the policy of "meticulous craftsmanship” aimed on product quality. An effective quality assurance system has been established, supported with technical standards, procedure programming and managerial routines, to ensure excellent product quality.
